1. What types of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% high-quality human hair extensions and wigs in a variety of textures and styles. Our products are carefully sourced to ensure durability, a natural look, and long-lasting wear.

2. Are your wigs glueless?

Yes! All of our wigs can be worn either glueless or with adhesive. For 13x4 and 13x6 frontal wigs, we recommend tacking down the sides with holding spray (if you prefer not to use glue) or a light adhesive for the most natural and secure fit.

3. How long do the wigs last?

With proper care, our wigs can last 2 to 6 years. Longevity depends on how often you wear them, how well you maintain them, and the products you use.

4. How do I care for my wig or extensions?

  • Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

  • Use a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush starting from the ends.

  • Allow hair to air-dry when possible.

  • Avoid excessive heat, and always use a heat protectant.

  • Store wigs on a mannequin head or in a silk bag to maintain shape.

5. Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Yes, our 100% human hair can be colored or bleached. We recommend professional coloring for best results and to maintain hair quality.

6. How do I know what size wig cap I need?

Most of our wigs come in a standard medium size (about 22.5 inches) with adjustable straps and elastic bands to fit securely. If you need a special size, please contact us before ordering.

7. Do you offer installation services?

We do not install wigs ourselves, but we partner with trusted stylists. Some of our wig packages include a stylist installation fee for your convenience.

8. How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out securely through our website. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

9. Do you ship outside Jamaica?

Yes! We ship internationally, including to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. You’ll see the cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

10. How long does shipping take?

  • Local Jamaica Orders: 1–3 business days.

  • International Orders: 5–10 business days.

  • Pre-Order & Custom Wigs: Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for processing.
    Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

11. What shipping options do I have if I am ordering in Jamaica?

Shipping in Jamaica is paid directly to the courier of your choice (Knutsford Express, Tara, Jamaica Postal Service, local bike courier, etc.). At checkout, select the shipping option titled “Jamaica Locals.” After placing your order, we will reach out to you based on your contact information to coordinate same-day or next-day delivery. Alternatively, you may email or call us with your receipt and preferred local delivery service.

12. What is your return or exchange policy?

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will assist you.
